Refund & Cancellation

Last Updated: July 12, 2026

Thank you for choosing UniCoreX Technologies for your software engineering and digital transformation needs.

Since we design and build custom software products, websites, applications, and AI models, our projects are highly customized and governed by specific milestones. This page outlines our standard policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Mobilization & Initial Deposit

Upon contract signing, an initial deposit (typically 20% to 50% of the total estimated cost) is required to mobilize developers, set up cloud environments, and begin design discovery. This mobilization deposit is non-refundable once engineering work has commenced.

2. Milestone Payments

Our projects are divided into milestone stages (e.g., UI/UX Design Approval, Beta Build, Final Deployment). Upon the completion and client-approval of a specific milestone, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable. Work on the subsequent milestone begins only after the current milestone payment is cleared.

3. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the project agreement by giving written notice (typically 14 days in advance) if the other party breaches material terms. In the event of project cancellation by the client:

  • The client is liable for all hours worked and milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
  • All completed code repository assets and design frames up to the last paid milestone will be transferred to the client.
  • Any prepaid funds for milestones that have not yet started will be refunded to the client after deducting setup fees.

4. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation or discuss payment status, please email our finance team at unicorextechnologies@gmail.com with your project reference code. We will schedule a sync call within 24 hours to coordinate code transfers and settle outstanding ledgers.
